Results in numbers: key data from our satisfaction survey
Feedback from our Spanish partners and participating Scandinavian agencies reflects the success of this Roadshow. Below we present the key results obtained in the surveys, which not only underline the quality of the event, but also potential areas for further improvement.
The Roadshow attracted widespread interest from Spanish partners and from the Scandinavian agencies. The results from this survey show the commitment of the Spanish partners to this type of initiative, while the participation of Scandinavian agencies confirms their interest in collaborating with Spanish destinations and services.
These data shows a high level of satisfaction in both groups, with key areas such as communication, atmosphere and venue being highlighted. Storytelling and networking were also highly rated, with room for further innovation in these areas and as you know we are always open for improvements. From our Spanish partners we got one suggestion for improvement. He asked us to provide information from each market as it can provide better knowledge and value in this matching of possible opportunities.
And here are some details and photos from our mornings with networking flavor in our MAXmorning Storytime
Last March 2025, we held two editions of our Storytelling Roadshow in the heart of Scandinavia: the first on March 4th at the Grand Joanne Hotel in Copenhagen, and the second on March 5th at DEG 8 (Braathen Eiendom) in Oslo.
At both events, our partners Barceló La Nucía and Occidental Pueblo Acantilado from Alicante, the DMC inSuite from Gran Canaria and DMC Go Basquing from Bilbao (local partners of maximice events group), Lopesan MICE from Gran Canaria and Le Méridien Ra Beach Hotel & Spa from Tarragona, joined Scandinavian event agencies to enjoy a fabulous breakfast and immerse themselves in our dynamic storytelling session.
From the irresistible breakfast buffet to the captivating storytelling moment
First thing in the morning, partners and agencies shared a delicious breakfast with local products and gourmet specialties, creating the perfect atmosphere to break the ice and network in a relaxed manner.
After the breakfast meeting, each partner took the floor in a storytelling format: through anecdotes, fun facts and samples of their destination or hotel, they kept the agencies completely engaged. This agile and entertaining methodology fostered interest and a direct connection between the offer and the planner.
Building future partnerships and happy clients willing to repeat the experience
The impact of the Roadshow goes beyond the numbers: 97% of Spanish partners expressed interest in collaborating in future editions, while 100% of Scandinavian agencies said they would repeat and recommend MAX Tourism to other industry professionals. This enthusiasm reinforces the importance of events that combine creativity, professionalism and a fresh format such as storytelling.
These results not only support the value of the Roadshow, but also invite partners and agencies to join in future editions to continue building strong and successful connections.
